Want to know your chances of getting a Legendary or Chroma Blook before spending your tokens? The Blooket Calculator helps you estimate pack opening odds, calculate how many packs you can afford, and explore possible results using your token budget.

Enter your tokens, choose a pack, and select Calculate or Simulate. You’ll see useful information such as cumulative rarity chances, expected Blook pulls, and token spending. You can also enable automatic reselling to explore how reusing tokens might affect your pack openings.

Quick Answer: How Does the Blooket Calculator Work?

The Blooket Calculator uses your token amount, selected pack price, and rarity drop rates to estimate your chances of receiving different Blook rarities. Calculate mode shows probability-based results, while Simulate mode lets you explore random pack opening outcomes.

For example, 1,000 tokens can buy 40 openings of a pack priced at 25 tokens each, without reselling. The calculator then estimates your chances of getting at least one Legendary, Chroma, or Epic-or-higher Blook from those openings.

What Is a Blooket Calculator?

A Blooket Calculator is an online probability tool for planning Blooket pack openings. Instead of guessing how many packs you can afford or how likely a rare pull might be, you can work with the pack’s stated odds and your available tokens.

In Blooket, players collect Blooks, including rarities such as Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Chroma. Different packs have different prices and rarity distributions, so spending the same number of tokens on different packs may produce different probabilities.

This Blooket pack calculator focuses on three questions:

  • How many times can I open my selected pack?
  • What are my chances of pulling at least one higher-rarity Blook?
  • What rarity distribution should I expect across my openings?

It also provides a separate simulation option for exploring random outcomes. The tool does not open packs in your actual Blooket account or guarantee a particular Blook.

How to Use the Blooket Calculator

The calculator is organized around four settings: token amount, pack selection, reselling, and calculation type.

Step 1: Enter Your Token Amount

Find the field labeled “Choose Token Amount” and enter the number of Blooket tokens you want to use.

For example, entering 1,000 sets your starting budget to 1,000 tokens. The calculator uses this amount to determine how many packs you can open at the selected price.

Step 2: Select a Blooket Pack

Open the “Select a Pack” dropdown and choose the pack you want to examine.

The selected pack’s token price appears immediately below the dropdown. In the illustrated example, the Spooky Pack costs 25 tokens per opening.

Pack prices, seasonal availability, and available Blooks may change, so check the current Blooket Market when planning an actual purchase.

Step 3: Choose Whether to Resell Blooks

Use the “Resell Blooks?” switch to enable or disable automatic reselling.

When reselling is disabled, the calculator uses your starting token budget without reinvesting tokens from Blooks.

When enabled, the tool models automatically reselling Uncommon, Rare, and Epic pulls and using the returned tokens for additional openings. Legendary and Chroma pulls are kept in the modeled strategy.

This can change how many openings your budget supports. Reselling is optional, and actual results depend on which Blooks are pulled.

Step 4: Choose Calculate or Simulate

The “Select Type” control offers two modes:

  • Calculate: Examine pack opening counts, cumulative rarity probabilities, expected pulls, and token spending.
  • Simulate: Explore random pack opening outcomes based on the tool’s probability model.

Use Calculate when you want to understand your chances. Choose Simulate when you want to explore what a possible sequence of pack openings might look like.

Step 5: Run the Calculation

In Calculate mode, press “Calculate Odds” to generate your results.

The results panel displays pack openings, the chance of receiving at least one Legendary or Chroma, the chance of Epic-or-higher pulls, and the expected number of Blooks in each rarity tier.

Step 6: Review, Copy, or Reset

Review the results and token summary before changing your budget or pack selection.

Use “Copy Results” to copy the displayed calculation. Select “Reset” when you want to start again with the tool’s default settings.

Understanding Your Blooket Pack Odds

The most useful part of the calculator is understanding what each result actually means. A probability describes how likely an outcome is under the stated drop rates. It does not tell you exactly what will happen during your next opening.

Pack Openings

Pack Openings shows how many times you can open the selected pack using your tokens.

Without reselling, the basic calculation divides your available tokens by the cost of one pack and counts only complete purchases.

For example, 1,000 tokens divided by 25 tokens per pack gives 40 openings, with no tokens remaining.

Chance of Legendary

This result represents the probability of getting at least one Legendary Blook across the calculated openings, based on the selected pack’s stated rate.

A displayed chance of 23% does not mean that every opening has a 23% Legendary drop rate. It means the combined probability across all the modeled openings is approximately 23%.

There is still about a 77% chance of receiving no Legendary in that example.

Chance of Chroma

Chroma odds are calculated separately because Chroma Blooks generally have much lower individual drop rates.

If the result shows a 2.37% Chroma chance, that is approximately the probability of obtaining at least one Chroma across the specified openings. It is not a promise of receiving one.

Chance of Epic+

Epic+ combines Epic, Legendary, and Chroma rarities into one probability category.

This is useful when you would be satisfied with any Blook in those higher rarity tiers rather than specifically chasing a Legendary or Chroma.

Keep in mind that a high Epic+ probability can be driven mostly by Epic pulls. It should not be interpreted as an equally high chance of a Legendary or Chroma.

Expected Rarity Breakdown

The expected rarity breakdown estimates how many pulls of each rarity you would receive on average over repeated equivalent sets of openings.

These values can include decimals. For example, an expectation of 0.26 Legendary pulls does not mean you’ll receive part of a Blook. It is a mathematical average, not an actual collection count.

The colored bars make it easier to see which rarities account for most of the expected openings.

Blooket Pack Calculator Example: 1,000 Tokens

Consider the setup shown in the calculator:

  • Starting tokens: 1,000
  • Selected pack: Spooky Pack
  • Pack price: 25 tokens
  • Reselling: Off
  • Calculation mode: Calculate

The calculator displays the following results:

Result Displayed value
Pack openings 40
Chance of Legendary 23.0%
Chance of Chroma 2.37%
Chance of Epic+ 80.5%
Expected Uncommon pulls 30.4
Expected Rare pulls 8
Expected Epic pulls 1.32
Expected Legendary pulls 0.26
Expected Chroma pulls 0.02
Gross tokens spent 1,000
Tokens from reselling 0
Tokens remaining 0

With a 25-token pack price, the full 1,000-token budget covers exactly 40 openings. The Legendary chance is approximately 23%, but obtaining no Legendary remains the more likely outcome.

The expected Chroma count is only about 0.02, reflecting how rarely Chromas appear at the stated rate. Even after 40 openings, the probability of at least one Chroma remains below 3%.

These figures describe the screenshot’s selected pack and stated rates, not guaranteed outcomes or permanent rates for every Blooket pack.

How Are Blooket Pack Chances Calculated?

The calculator’s cumulative probability results can be understood using the standard formula for at least one success across independent attempts with a fixed success probability.

Cumulative Probability Formula

P = 1 – (1 – p)n

P = probability of at least one successful pull

p = probability of that rarity in one opening, expressed as a decimal

n = number of independent pack openings

Suppose a pack has a 0.65% Legendary drop rate and you plan to open it 40 times.

First, convert 0.65% into the decimal 0.0065. Then apply the formula:

Worked Example

P = 1 – (1 – 0.0065)40

P ≈ 0.2296 = 22.96%

Rounded to one decimal place, that becomes the 23.0% Legendary chance displayed in the screenshot.

For the Chroma rate of 0.06%, the same approach gives approximately 2.37% over 40 openings. The combined Epic+ rate is 4% per opening, giving approximately 80.5% for at least one Epic-or-higher pull.

This formula assumes that openings are independent and the relevant drop rate remains fixed. When automatic reselling changes the total number of openings based on random pulls, the calculation needs to account for that changing number rather than simply assuming a fixed count.

Expected Pulls vs. Probability of at Least One Pull

Expected pulls and cumulative probability answer different questions.

The expected number of pulls for a rarity is the number of openings multiplied by its single-opening probability. For example, 40 openings at a 0.65% Legendary rate produce an expected count of 0.26.

However, the probability of getting at least one Legendary across those openings is approximately 23%. You should not treat 0.26 expected pulls as a 26% probability.

If you want to practice expressing ratios as percentages, the ratio-to-percentage converter can help with the underlying percentage arithmetic.

Blooket Calculator vs. Blooket Simulator

Although both modes use pack probability information, they serve different purposes.

When to Use Calculate Mode

Choose Calculate when you want a probability summary before deciding how many tokens to spend.

This is particularly helpful for comparing different pack selections, understanding rare drop chances, or examining how increasing your token budget changes cumulative probabilities.

The mode displays mathematical expectations rather than presenting those averages as actual future pulls.

When to Use Simulate Mode

Choose the Blooket simulator mode when you want to explore random pack opening outcomes instead of only reading averages and probabilities.

A simulation represents one possible outcome under the modeled odds. It may include rare pulls, common outcomes, or an unexpectedly long run without a high-rarity result.

Running a simulation does not reveal the next Blook that will appear in your real account. It is an illustration of chance, not a prediction of Blooket’s future random results.

Should You Enable Automatic Blook Reselling?

Automatic reselling changes how the tool handles lower-rarity pulls.

With reselling turned off, your opening count is based on the tokens you initially entered and the selected pack price.

With reselling enabled, the model sells Uncommon, Rare, and Epic pulls and reuses the returned tokens. Legendary and Chroma pulls are retained.

This can support additional modeled openings without changing the starting token amount. However, the actual number of extra openings depends on the random mix of rarities and the resale values used by the calculator.

Pay attention to three values in the results panel:

  • Gross Tokens Spent: The total cost of modeled pack purchases, including purchases funded by resale tokens.
  • Tokens from Reselling: The amount returned from Blooks sold under the selected strategy.
  • Tokens Remaining: The balance left after the modeled purchases and reselling activity.

Reselling may help stretch a budget, but it cannot guarantee that you’ll obtain a Legendary or Chroma.

Why Check Blooket Pack Chances Before Opening?

Checking the odds helps you set realistic expectations. A player with 200 tokens and a player with 2,000 tokens may have very different cumulative chances, even when they choose the same pack.

The calculator is particularly useful for:

  • Token budgeting: Find how many pack openings your starting balance supports.
  • Legendary and Chroma hunting: Understand the difference between a low single-pack drop rate and your chance across multiple openings.
  • Comparing pack choices: Change the selected pack and recalculate rather than assuming every pack has the same rarity distribution.
  • Exploring resale strategies: Compare results with automatic reselling enabled or disabled.
  • Learning probability: See how independent random events produce expected values and cumulative chances.

It’s useful both for players planning a Blook collection and for anyone learning how probability works through a familiar game.

Common Mistakes When Calculating Blooket Chances

Confusing a Single-Pack Rate With Cumulative Odds

A 0.65% Legendary drop rate applies to one opening under the stated model. A 23% cumulative chance applies to the group of 40 openings in the example. These are different measurements.

Assuming More Openings Guarantee a Rare Blook

Opening more packs increases your probability of getting a particular rarity when its drop rate is above zero. It does not make that outcome certain after any fixed number of ordinary random openings.

Treating Expected Counts as Actual Results

An expected count of 1.32 Epic pulls is an average. Your real result could be zero, one, two, or more Epic pulls.

Ignoring the Selected Pack Price

The same token budget can support different opening counts when pack prices differ. Always check the displayed Selected Pack Price before interpreting your results.

Using Outdated Drop Rates

Pack lineups and rarity rates may change. The calculator’s probabilities depend on the rates in its model, so they may differ from the current in-game Market if that information has been updated.

Tips for Planning Blooket Pack Openings

  • Start with your actual token balance rather than a larger hypothetical budget.
  • Check the selected pack price before calculating.
  • Look at Legendary and Chroma chances separately if you are pursuing a specific rarity.
  • Use Epic+ only when any Epic, Legendary, or Chroma would meet your goal.
  • Compare the reselling setting both on and off to understand its modeled effect.
  • Remember that a low expected count can still represent a possible pull, not an impossible one.
  • Check Blooket’s current Market information before spending tokens, especially on seasonal packs.

How Accurate Is the Blooket Calculator?

The underlying probability formulas are mathematically appropriate for independent pack openings with fixed drop rates. Accuracy in representing the real game also depends on whether the pack prices, rarity probabilities, and resale values in the calculator match the current Blooket Market.

The tool’s pack odds are community-reported and may change. A mathematically correct calculation using an outdated rate can still produce a result that no longer reflects the game.

Another important distinction is that probability and simulation describe possible outcomes, not guaranteed rewards. A player can receive an unusually rare Blook on an early opening or go through many openings without receiving one.

This is an independent probability tool and is not affiliated with Blooket. It does not access your account, award tokens, open actual packs, or guarantee specific Blooks.

Calculate Your Blooket Pack Odds

The Blooket Calculator gives you a clearer picture of what your token budget can support and how likely different rarity outcomes are under the selected pack’s stated odds.

Enter your tokens, select a pack, and choose Calculate to review your probabilities and expected pulls. If you want to explore random outcomes, switch to Simulate. Use the results to plan your pack openings while remembering that every real pull is still governed by chance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Blooket Calculator accurate?

The calculator uses probability formulas to estimate pack opening chances. The mathematical results are conditional on the stated rates and assumptions. Because pack odds are community-reported and may change, compare them with the current Blooket Market when accuracy matters.

How many Blooket packs can I open with 1,000 tokens?

If the pack costs 25 tokens, you can open 40 packs without reselling. For a pack priced at 20 tokens, the same budget would support 50 openings. Enabling reselling can change the modeled total.

What does a 23% Legendary chance mean?

It means there is approximately a 23% probability of receiving at least one Legendary across the specified openings under the model. It does not mean every pack has a 23% Legendary rate, and it does not guarantee a Legendary.

Can the Blooket Calculator predict a specific Chroma?

No. The visible calculator provides rarity-level probabilities, including Chroma chances, rather than guaranteed predictions for individual Blooks. A Chroma probability shows how likely a qualifying rarity outcome is under the selected pack rates.

What is the difference between the Blooket Calculator and Simulator?

Calculate mode reports probabilities and expected rarity counts. Simulate mode explores random pack opening outcomes. The calculator explains your statistical chances, while a simulation illustrates what one possible outcome could look like.

Does reselling Blooks improve my chances of getting a Legendary?

Reselling Uncommon, Rare, and Epic pulls can return tokens for additional openings in the calculator’s model. More openings can increase the cumulative probability of a Legendary, but they do not guarantee one.

Can I use this tool to get free Blooket tokens?

No. This tool calculates odds and simulates pack openings; it does not generate or transfer tokens to your Blooket account. The token amount is an input used for calculations, not a reward added to your account.
